Over the weekend of August 9-10, 2014, Dr. No's Comics and Games Superstore was host to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist Alliance Sneak Peek event. Players were able to get their hands on the newest set before it is officially released on Friday, August 15. In addition to getting to own the new Duelist Alliance set before anyone else, players also received the limited edition Ultra Rare Dragon Horn Hunter card. Everyone had a great time opening new packs and building decks with the new cards to duel. Two lucky players, Dorian Marteeny and Eduardo Esparza, walked away with a limited Duelist Alliance Sneak Peek game mat! If you're a Yu-Gi-Oh! While the Yu-Gi-Oh! event was taking place on Saturday, August 9, Dr. No's also held the Magic: The Gathering M15 Game Day. Our talented players converged on the tables to take part in this Standard Format event where they pitted their best constructed decks against each other. The full power of MTG's newest set, the 2015 Core Set, was on display, and everyone who took part had a blast. Every player received a full-art promo Reclamation Sage, and the Top players received a full-art promo Chief Engineer. At the end of the tournament, Andre Metelo emerged the victor and walked away with the M15 Game Day Champion playmat! We hold MTG drafts every Thursday at 6:30 PM and Friday at 6:00 PM, and the MTG Khans of Tarkir Pre-Release Event will take place on September 20-21 right here at Dr. No's Comics and Game Superstore.
