Long Road Begins at Dr. No's!

The first issue of the new Stephen King's Dark Tower: The Long Road Home series will go on sale at 12:01 am (one minute after midnight) on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, March 5th, 2008--and Dr. No's Comics & Games SuperStore is one of only a handful of stores across the country that will be opening at midnight to sell this must-have Stephen King series.

The same creative team who worked with King on the first Dark Tower series--Peter David, Robin Furth, Jae Lee, & Richard Isanove--will reunite for this limited series as well. And for those who are thinking about just waiting for the collected edition, please remember that each issue of the first comic book series contained bonus material that was not collected in the hardcover--so if you want all of the material, then you'll want the monthly comic!

Presales are available for those who can't be here at midnight but don't want to take a chance on missing out; we'll pull a copy for you and hold it until you can get in to pick it up.

And while you're picking up the new Dark Tower series, why not check out Locke & Key #1, the new series by Joe Hill (who, in case you didn't know it, is Stephen King's son and an acclaimed novelist)? The book is sold out, but we have copies of the first issue available--and it's a great addition to any Stephen King collection! You don't have to wait until March 5th to pick up Locke and Key #1--we have copies of it right now, so you might want to pick it up ahead of time (after all, the book has already sold out from the publisher, and a second printing is in the works but won't be out for several more weeks).
